Red2Green has an exciting opportunity to provide mental health support to clients on the autistic spectrum to: -Build confidence in acknowledging and recognising people on the autistic spectrum may have mental health issues -Equip clients with the skills required to better manage their mental health, recognising triggers and progressing towards healthy wellbeing. -Build self-esteem and confidence to manage their mental health and develop peer support.
This is a new position and the post holder will have an opportunity to develop and work as part of the Aspirations & Options team who provide support to people on the autistic spectrum. This post will offer a range of support to promote personal recovery and independent living skills.
Salary: £24,217 pro rata. Pension: Red2Green will contribute 8% of salary to a pension Hours: 21 hours per week, there may be some evening working Term: This is fixed term for 2 years Holidays: 28 days per annum (pro rata) plus bank holidays.

Cogs To Computers Project Co-ordinator
Red2Green is looking for a project manager to oversee a Heritage Lottery funded project 'Cogs to Computers'
You would be responsible for the co-ordination and operational management of the Cogs to Computers project, including working with: -children, young people - people with learning disabilities - individuals on the autistic spectrum - members of the public in local villages - local organisations and groups - teaching staff at schools - digital media professionals
Hours 18.5hours/week Salary £29,110 (pro-rata) One year fixed term contract
The Project Support Worker will work across our services providing support, advice and assistance to adults with learning disabilities, adults on the autistic spectrum and adults with mental health issues in order for them to participate in our new project Cogs to Computers which will bring the older and younger generations together to learn the history of computers and how they have shaped our lives in the modern day. 38 hours per week (for 12 months) Salary £16193 per annum
