The Stepping Stones project recognises the individual achievements of Red2Green's learners.

Programme which works with people who would benefit from support into work or volunteering, either because their skills need updating, they lack confidence or because employers have been unable to see past their disability.
- Amber
Red2Green's Amber project works specifically with young people aged 16-22 (potentially up to 24) with learning disabilities or difficulties in Cambridgeshire and engages with employers in the area to assess their workforce needs and to raise their awareness of these potential apprentices.
- Aspirations
Educational programme for people with social communication difficulties such as Asperger's Syndrome.
- The Grundtvig Project
Europe-wide project to research and define good practice, leading to publication of a life-long learning programme for adults with severe and multiple learning disabilities.
- Health for Life
Community programme helping isolated or vulnerable people suffering from depression or anxiety to regain their confidence, health and independence by attending local village clubs and community education classes.
- Oddjobbers
Red2Green's Oddjobbers project gives real work opportunities to adults with learning disabilities, such as washing cars, mowing lawns, fence repairs, weeding and other garden maintenance.
- Options
Day service providing educational, social and stimulatory activities for people with learning disabilities. It also forms a respite service for carers.

Supporting people into work by recycling computers.
- Red2Greenhouse
Educational and work opportunities in our 'Wildlife and Sensory Garden' at Bottisham Village College.
