For employers
Red2Green values its links with employers and is always keen to establish new relationships with companies, organisations and institutions in the region. We see the relationship as two-way.
Give our clients a taste of the real world
As you will see, many of our projects aim to help people back into employment. As part of their development we need to give them taster sessions of real work. Our Amber and Advance projects, in particular, encourage learners to take up work placements so they can put their skills to work and help clarify what they want as a future career. Would you offer a work placement (one-off or longer term) to show them how your workplace operates? The commitment of your time can be set at a level that suits you.
Amber has produced a short leaflet "Work Placements - a quick guide for employers", which spells out the types of placements and companies we're hoping to partner with. We have also produced an Employers' Pack, giving a more detailed look at how work placements work.

Join our 100 Club
Are you looking to promote your corporate social responsibility? If so, then look no further than our 100 Club. For the price of a couple of printer cartridges each month, companies joining the 100 Club could support:
- four people with profound learning disabilities to work as gardeners in the community for a day giving them experience of work and the pride and dignity of helping others
- twenty isolated and vulnerable people to join an education class or club, reconnecting them with our community
- 60 people with severe disabilities to take cookery lessons and engage their senses through smell, touch and taste.
If your company is interested in joining, in exchange we are offering to:
- send you and your staff a thank you message from a client
- write an article for your company's newsletter and your website, so your staff and customers can see how your company is supporting Red2Green's clients
- give you VIP invitations to our events
- profile your company on this website
- promote your contribution in our e-newsletter "News from Red2Green"
- display your company's logo on our premises and in our annual report

Diversify your workforce
Many of our programmes train and support people so they are ready to join or rejoin the job market. Many have enormous talent and skill as well as personal characteristics which make them excellent employees. Will you let us know of vacancies arising at your company? We can assess which of our clients is suitable and either introduce them to you or help them through the application process. Red2Green can really help you address your employee shortages as well as bolster your corporate social responsibility strategy.

Staff training
Red2Green can offer your staff training on issues that may be pertinent in your workplace, such as anger management, dealing with challenging behaviour, hiring staff with autism, and health and safety awareness.

Staff development through volunteering
We can offer your staff development opportunities through volunteering with us. Volunteers are the cornerstone of all our projects, and we welcome people to come and work with us for as long or short a time as they have available. Activities volunteers currently help us with include driving, mentoring, raising funds and working in the office. So why not look through our list of projects and see which would suit your staff and corporate social responsibility needs?
